Experience and focus

Experience
8+ yearsin paid media and digital marketing across multiple industries.
Channels worked across
Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedInplus the landing pages, tracking and follow-up behind them.
Industries
Real estate, e-commerce, clinicsplus automotive and professional services.
Focus
Acquisition to conversionjudged on qualified enquiries and cost per opportunity, not clicks.

How the pieces fit together

Most underperforming accounts aren't failing at the advertising. They're failing at the handovers: an offer the landing page doesn't match, tracking that can't tell a good lead from a bad one, or an enquiry nobody follows up in time.

How the marketing system fits togetherFive connected stages: Paid acquisition, then Landing and offer, then Tracking, then Lead routing, then Qualified pipeline. Each stage depends on the one before it, so a gap anywhere in the chain shows up as lead quality.1Paid acquisitionGoogle, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn2Landing and offermessage match, low friction3Trackingevents, sources, lead quality4Lead routingwho follows up, and how fast5Qualified pipelinewhat sales actually accepts

Projects described honestly: the business context, what I was responsible for, and what the outcome actually was, including what can't be attributed to me.

Aesthetic and dental clinics in Dubai: cutting the cost of an enquiry

The problem
Ads were producing enquiries nobody wanted to handle, at a cost the clinic could not justify. No tracking was in place, so there was no way to tell which offer, audience or creative was responsible, and nothing defined what should happen the moment an enquiry arrived.
My role
Owned the paid side for each clinic: offers and creative agreed with the owners, campaigns built and run, tracking and retargeting installed, the WhatsApp handover set up, and monthly reporting.

Agha Sajji: making a restaurant account worth following

The problem
The account looked abandoned, so nothing the restaurant posted reached anyone, and with no pixel installed there was no audience to advertise to even if a campaign had been run. Orders were coming from people who already knew the place.
My role
Set the offers and the marketing direction with the owner, restructured the social profiles, built the campaign structure and audiences, tested creative, and installed the pixel and retargeting.

Digital Dividend: social and marketing for a software agency

The problem
Weak social profiles, creative that changed tone with every post, and no tracking, so the agency had no evidence of what its marketing produced and nothing consistent for a prospect to look at before a first call.
My role
Ran social media and marketing for the agency and for its clients across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn: consistent creative, retargeting, tracking and regular reporting.

Helpp: launching paid acquisition for an on-demand services platform

The problem
No campaigns, no tracking, no follow-up and social profiles that were not connected to each other, so the business had no acquisition channel and no way to know which service, which area or which hour of the day could be served at a profit.
My role
Built the acquisition side from nothing: campaign structure and audiences on Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube, the pixel and retargeting, WhatsApp follow-up, the social profiles and reporting to the founding team.

Khiara Stores: turning a utensil wholesaler's ads into orders

The problem
Ads spent money and the owner could not name a single order that came from them. The enquiries that did arrive were the wrong kind of buyer, mostly households rather than trade, and nothing recorded which ad, audience or offer any of it came from, so every decision was a guess.
My role
Owned the paid side end to end: campaign structure and audiences, offer and creative testing with the owner, pixel and retargeting installation, WhatsApp follow-up, and regular reporting. The owner set prices, stock and delivery times.

Springfield Properties: paid media and lead generation for Dubai off-plan

The problem
Roughly one in five leads qualified. Social profiles were disorganised, and leads were handled in Google Sheets through Zapier automations. Every launch had to produce buyers while four or five other projects competed for the same audience and the same budget.
My role
I created the ad account and ran paid media throughout: Meta, Google and TikTok, conversion tracking, remarketing, lead routing and WhatsApp re-engagement. Creative was shared with the client's team. Sales worked the leads.

Working in a specific market

What I do

Services

Six areas of work. Each one is scoped around a business outcome rather than a deliverable count, and none of them promises a performance figure I can't control.

How I work

My approach

A sequence, not a menu. Priorities and tactics change with the business, the quality of the data and the budget. So I start by establishing what the numbers can actually support.
  1. Understand the commercial objective

Start with what the business actually needs: qualified enquiries, booked appointments, revenue per channel. Not a channel, and not a tactic.

  2. Audit marketing and the conversion journey

Review accounts, tracking, landing pages and enquiry handling to find where intent is being lost before changing anything.

  3. Develop the acquisition and measurement strategy

Define audiences, offers, channel mix and budget allocation together with the events that will show whether the plan is working.

  4. Implement and test

Build campaigns, creative and conversion paths, then test systematically, one clear variable at a time, with enough volume to read the result.

  5. Analyse and optimise

Work from lead quality and cost per qualified enquiry rather than platform-reported conversions, and reallocate budget accordingly.

  6. Improve enquiry-to-opportunity

Tighten follow-up, routing and qualification so more of the demand you already paid for converts into real conversations.

Performance Marketing

Cost per lead is the wrong number to optimise for

Cheap leads are easy to buy. The number that decides whether your marketing works is cost per qualified enquiry, and most accounts aren't set up to see it.

About

I work on the systems behind the campaigns.

I'm Syed Zameer. I work on paid acquisition, lead generation and the measurement systems that tell you whether any of it is working.

Most marketing problems I'm asked to solve aren't creative problems. They're system problems: the wrong people seeing an ad, a form nobody finishes, tracking that reports clicks instead of qualified enquiries, or leads that arrive and then go nowhere.
